Lending Library Terms and Conditions

I, the Library Borrower, agree to the following conditions:

1. To take responsibility for keeping my school, shipping address and contact information accurate and current each time a borrowing request is submitted.  If library materials are sent to an incorrect or out of date address, and are lost as a result, I agree to be held responsible for the full replacement costs of the lost materials.

2. To take responsibility for returning borrowed materials on time. If materials are not returned on time, Facing History reserves the right to charge the full replacement costs.

3. To observe limits on the number of checked out items. I agree to borrow no more than 5 videos or DVDS and 70 copies of class set books at one time. I understand that until materials from previous loans are returned and received by Facing History and Ourselves, additional titles may not be borrowed.

4. To accept responsibility for lost or damaged materials. If materials are lost or damaged while checked out to me, including if lost or damaged during shipping, I agree to pay the full replacement value of the materials.
